Make-It Springfield celebrated our 2024 anniversary with a special Celebrate 8! dinner, honoring our one of our co-founders, Michael DiPasquale, and our long time RAD Springfield Volunteer, Rob Thomas. Make-It occupies a special place in our community because of the generous time and effort of these dedicated individuals.

Friends, Make-It staff and Board members, teen makers, representatives from local organizations we collaborate with and supporters of our work all came together to celebrate accomplishments with heart-felt speeches. As a special surprise, volunteer makers had worked together to create hand-painted cloth napkins for everyone to take home as a souvenir of the evening.

The delicious meal was prepared by Nosh Springfield and the studio was cleared for a beautiful set up with a long table and incredible decor organized by Salma Taylor.
